📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement activation plans to drive sales and brand awareness for F&B products.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.,Manage and train sales teams to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.,Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotions to showcase our products.,Monitor and report on the performance of activation initiatives to ensure they are meeting business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the F&B industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
