📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.,Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Restaurant Manager.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
