PT Eka Pancaran is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to the HR Manager.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Proven ability to work in a team and take initiative.
