As an HR Intern at Skyro, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team. You’ll assist in various HR functions, from onboarding new hires to helping with employee relations. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
• Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining HR databases.
• Help organize and coordinate HR-related events and activities.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Help with the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in HR or a similar field (internships or part-time roles count).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
