📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Oversee employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly,Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certification in HR-related courses is a plus
