📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve performance and meet business goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and departments effectively.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
