📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with ICCP Group's vision and values.,Oversee the execution of CSR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.,Monitor and report on the impact of CSR initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR objectives into overall business strategies.,Conduct research and analysis to identify new CSR opportunities and trends.,Represent ICCP Group at external events and conferences to promote our CSR initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing CSR programs.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and ethical standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
