📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that meets industry standards,Create tutorials, how-to guides, and other educational materials to support product usage,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role,Strong writing and communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with documentation for software products is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
