📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report findings to management.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and security protocols.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
