Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.,Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and proposals.,Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Padang and the surrounding area.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
