Diamond Moon Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Tutor in delivering high-quality education and mentoring to students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and delivering lesson plans and curriculum.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students.,Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development.,Organize and participate in school events and activities.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Collaborate with other educators to enhance student learning outcomes.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and training.,Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or license.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
