📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and management.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
