📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success.,Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
