📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and revenue targets.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
