Max Quick Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Sukabumi. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with retail software and systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
