📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure smooth and efficient cash handling and transactions.,Promote products and services to customers effectively.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Oversee inventory management and stock control.,Conduct regular training sessions for the team.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
