Easy Go Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Admin to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and driving the success of our retail locations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Supervise and mentor store staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and maintain store reports and documentation for internal and external use.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and supervising store staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
