📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and treat patients with orthodontic issues using advanced techniques and technologies such as Invisalign, clear aligners, and traditional braces.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and maintenance of their orthodontic appliances.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies through continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain and organize patient records, including treatment plans, X-rays, and progress notes.
• Participate in clinic operations, including patient scheduling, insurance billing, and clinic management tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
• Certification as an Orthodontic Specialist Dentist (Sp. Ortodonti) from the Indonesian Dental Association (IDI).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthodontic practice, with a strong focus on patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Proficiency in using orthodontic software such as OrthoCAD, 3D planning software, and digital imaging systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient records, treatment plans, and clinic operations efficiently.
