Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.,Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall business objectives.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times.,Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
