📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor food costs and maintain accurate records.,Participate in inventory management and purchasing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
