PT Sinergi Putra is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company's operational areas.
