📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.,Provide support to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
