📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development of residential and commercial properties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of project development, including site supervision, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports to monitor project status and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote and sell properties, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in real estate development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian real estate market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
