📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics using tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance in the company's maintenance management system (MMS).
• Participate in scheduled shutdowns and maintenance outages to perform major repairs and upgrades.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining electrical and mechanical systems with minimal downtime.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and other industrial automation tools.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Valid certifications in electrical and mechanical maintenance (e.g., NEBOSH, TUV, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
