📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
Create and optimize content for our website and social media channels to attract and retain customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our brand.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote our products and services.
Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions to support our marketing goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
