📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the implementation of IT transformation initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IT team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT transformation and strategic technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing IT initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire teams.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
