📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives
• Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project status

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficient in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
