📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Provide information and assistance with travel-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
- Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized transit lounge
- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage
- Monitor and report any security or safety concerns
- Promote and sell airport services and amenities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
- Ability to lift and move luggage and other items
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
