📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing Montessori-based lessons and activities
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children
- Support children in their independent learning and development
- Assist in documenting children's progress and development
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Collaborate with the school's administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field
- Certification in Montessori Education (e.g., AMI, AMI-USA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Montessori education
- Strong knowledge of Montessori principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
