📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
• Manage and mentor a team of Front Office staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain the resort’s PMS and CRM systems to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Experience with PMS and CRM software is a plus.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
