📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Leading and managing a team of field merchandisers to execute merchandising and promotional plans.
• Conducting store audits and providing feedback to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
• Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels in assigned stores.
• Collaborating with retail managers and regional teams to drive brand growth.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing reports to the regional office.
• Training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with company guidelines and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field merchandising and activation, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
