📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Sereno Lombok Resort, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the resort's performance and profitability.
• Manage and mentor a team of 50+ employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Manage the resort's budget and financial performance, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Represent the resort at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end resort operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with resort management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
