📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy for Southeast Asia, focusing on market penetration, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry leaders, and potential clients.
• Oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services and solutions, ensuring they meet the unique needs and requirements of our clients in the region.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging threats, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Represent Rua Seguridad Corporation at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and drive continuous improvement in our security practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a cybersecurity leader, with a track record of driving growth and innovation in the industry.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape in Southeast Asia, including key markets, trends, and challenges.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and software, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
