As an HSE Officer at PT Mineral Resources Indonesia, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. You will conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mining activities.
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance and compliance data.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of personnel and the environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Certification as a Professional HSE (Professional Health and Safety Environment) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and HSE management software such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
