📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the finance team in preparing for audits and financial reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Certification in CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a plus.
